Post Bahadur Bogati Polytechnic Institute

Posta Bahadur Bogati Polytechnic Institute was established as a constituent (government) institute under the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) through its 189th meeting on 13th Shrawan 2077 BS at Bidur Municipality Ward No. 1, Bandre, Nuwakot. The institute began its academic and training activities in 2077/78 BS.

It aims to run five diploma-level agriculture, engineering, and health sciences programs. Currently, three diploma-level programs in agriculture, animal science, and hotel management, along with one pre-diploma program in hotel management, are in operation.

The institute has modern classrooms, laboratories, seminar halls, libraries, and sports facilities. It also conducts demand-based short-term vocational training. The institute delivers services and learning experiences through its infrastructure and education system.

A leading institution in producing a competent technical workforce for the 21st century, and a responsible social TVET graduate center aligned with industry needs.

To maintain quality education and establish the institute as an effective technical manpower-producing center under all circumstances.

• Guarantee employment for at least 80% of trainees.

Physical Infrastructure

Located at Bandre, Bidur Municipality-1, the institute has one building with 20 rooms. It includes well-equipped laboratories and workshops for physics, chemistry, and biology. Facilities include a barista lab, kitchen lab, agricultural tunnels, vermicompost pits, automated mushroom production, cattle housing, and a veterinary health clinic. Construction of dedicated academic and administrative buildings began in FY 2081/082 BS.
