The Diploma in Plant Science is a three-year academic and practical program offered by Posta Bahadur Bogati Polytechnic Institute, Bidur Municipality Ward No. 1, Bandre, Nuwakot. This program is affiliated with CTEVT and follows its officially approved curriculum.
Each year, 40 students are admitted, including 4 scholarship positions. To qualify, students must pass the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) and successfully clear the CTEVT entrance exam. The course prepares students for technical roles in agriculture, farm management, crop production, and agro-based industries.
This course covers various agricultural subjects with equal focus on classroom theory and fieldwork. Major topics include:
