The Diploma in Animal Science is a three-year technical program offered at Posta Bahadur Bogati Polytechnic Institute in Bidur Municipality Ward No. 1, Bandre, Nuwakot. The course is affiliated with CTEVT and follows its official curriculum. It aims to prepare students for animal health, livestock production, and veterinary services roles.
There are 40 seats available each academic year, including 4 scholarship positions. Applicants must pass the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) and qualify through the entrance exam conducted by CTEVT. The course provides students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to support Nepal’s livestock and veterinary sectors.
The course includes a balanced mix of classroom study and field-based learning. Key subjects include:

After completing the program, students will be able to:
