Overview
Pyuthan Campus is a community-owned campus located in Mallarani Rural Municipality-4, Khalanga, Pyuthan district, Lumbini Province of Nepal. Established in 2007 AD (2064 BS), the campus was founded with the objective of expanding access to university education at the local level.
The campus is affiliated with Tribhuvan University and is supported by the University Grants Commission of Nepal. It conducts bachelor-level academic programs in Humanities, Education, and Management.
Located at the district headquarters, Khalanga, Pyuthan Campus serves students from Pyuthan and nearby areas who seek TU-affiliated higher education close to home.

Bachelor of Arts (BA)
The BA program at Pyuthan Campus is offered under the Faculty of Humanities. The major subject areas available at the campus include Sociology, Rural Development, Economics, and Nepali.

Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Admission Process

Scholarships and Fee Support
Pyuthan Campus provides scholarships under various categories. It also offers fee support for selected groups of students.
Scholarships and special discounts on tuition and admission fees are available for students with disabilities. A 50% discount on first-year fees is available for talented students from rural areas and economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Students who passed Grade 12 and discontinued their studies for more than five years may receive a 50% discount on the total amount for all years if they wish to continue their studies.
The campus also conducts free education campaigns based on available data. Its stated theme is: “Let no student be deprived of education due to financial hardship.”
