Shital Campus is a community-owned campus located in Chaurjahari Municipality-2, Chaurjahari, Rukum West, Karnali Province, Nepal. Established in 2063 B.S. Shital Campus was formally established in 2063 B.S. in Chaurjahari, Rukum West. The initiative to establish the campus began after a gathering of education-supporting parents at Bijayashwary Village Development Committee, Rukum, on July 2, 2006. The campus was named Shital Campus, and a campus management committee was formed to begin the institutional process.
The campus has completed 18 years and entered its 19th year. Its academic development includes B.Ed. from 2063 B.S., BBS from the academic session 2070 B.S., and M.Ed. from 2078 B.S.
The campus is chaired by Khum Bahadur Khadka. Ramesh Prasad Lamichhane serves as Campus Chief. The campus operates under a governance structure linked with its campus assembly and governing board.
Shital Campus is located in an area where 19 secondary schools operate around the campus. The surrounding community includes students from educationally backward, marginalized, and economically disadvantaged groups, including Badi, Gaine, Kami, Damai, Sarki, Magar, Newar, and other communities.

Admission to bachelor-level programs under Tribhuvan University generally follows the regulations of the respective faculty, Dean’s Office, and campus.

Shital Campus has a teaching and administrative team that includes one full-time Campus Head, one full-time Assistant Campus Head, one full-time Program Coordinator, six lecturers, three teaching assistants, seven part-time teaching assistants, one accountant, and two peons.
The academic programs follow the applicable Tribhuvan University structure. For bachelor-level annual-system programs, final examinations are conducted by TU through the Office of the Controller of Examinations. For semester-based master’s study, semester-end examinations follow the relevant Dean’s Office procedure.
