Higher Education in Bhangaha
Siddhanath Campus is identified as the first campus to operate in Bhangaha. Students who have completed Grade 12 can pursue bachelor-level education locally, and the initial enrollment includes a higher number of female students.
The campus was established with attention to the educational needs of families living across Bhangaha's rural settlements. The municipality includes communities such as Tharu, Danuwar, Bantar, Musahar, Kapar, Chamar, Dhanuk and Muslim populations.
For students from poor settlements, particularly communities that have faced limited educational, economic, social and cultural opportunities, a locally available campus reduces the need to leave the area solely to pursue higher education.
Academic Program
The campus offers B.Ed. under the Faculty of Education with English, Nepali and Health subjects. The program has 60 seats and operates under the affiliation of Purbanchal University.
The central objective of Siddhanath Campus is to provide easier access to higher education for students from economically disadvantaged families who may otherwise be unable to continue their studies because of financial or geographical constraints.
