The BBS program follows the annual examination system of Tribhuvan University. Final evaluation is conducted through the Office of the Controller of Examinations. Students need at least 70 percent attendance in the classes actually held to qualify for annual examinations. Theory, practical, and project work components must be passed separately where applicable. The grading divisions are 35 percent for Third Division, 45 percent for Second Division, 60 percent for First Division, and 75 percent for Distinction.
