Course structure and learning approach
The MBA curriculum includes foundation courses, analytical tools, core management subjects, functional-area courses, integrative studies, concentration courses, and electives. Students also take part in thematic graduate seminars and workshops.
An internship project is included in the third semester. The attachment period runs for eight to ten weeks and provides an opportunity to observe and participate in organizational work. Students are required to prepare and present an Attachment Project Report as part of the academic requirement.

Eligibility and admission
Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by Rajarshi Janak University. The minimum academic requirement is:

Eligible applicants must appear in the Rajarshi Janak University Central Management Admission Test, known as RJU-CMAT, and obtain at least 40 percent.
The test contains 100 objective questions covering verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning, and general awareness. Each area carries 25 questions and 25 marks. Selection is based on entrance examination performance, while the campus may also use a personal interview or group discussion during final selection.
The normal completion period is two years. Students must complete all academic requirements within six years from their initial enrollment.
Learning facilities and student support
MBA students have access to library books, prescribed syllabuses, previous examination questions, internet and Wi-Fi facilities, and computer resources. Classes are conducted by skilled and experienced faculty members.
