Human Resource Management and Operations and Supply Chain Management have their own sets of specialization courses covering workforce, performance, industrial relations, supply chains, procurement, inventory, network design, and facility management.
Eligibility
Eligibility: Applicants need a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a CGPA of 2.0 or second division with 45% marks.
The admission criteria also specify 15 years of schooling, including a three-year or four-year bachelor's degree. Work experience is preferred but is not compulsory for the MBA program.

Research and Thesis
Research forms a defined part of the later MBA semesters. Research Methodology and Thesis Proposal is taken in Semester III, where students develop a research proposal in their chosen subject area.
The approved proposal is carried forward into the fourth-semester thesis. Completion of the thesis is mandatory for the MBA degree.
