Entry to the BBA (Finance) program requires Intermediate or Higher Secondary level (10+2), Grade 12, Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL), or an equivalent qualification recognized by Pokhara University. Applicants must also pass the entrance test conducted by the concerned college.
At Ace, students who have successfully completed the 10+2 examination conducted by the National Examinations Board (NEB), or an equivalent qualification, may apply. Students awaiting completion of an NEB or equivalent board examination may also apply when they expect to complete the qualification before the academic session begins.
Students who completed their examinations through boards other than NEB or Tribhuvan University require an authorized equivalence certification from NEB, Pokhara University, or Tribhuvan University.
Applicants complete the online application process and submit the required academic documents and transcripts. The Pokhara University curriculum requires eligible applicants to pass an entrance test conducted by the concerned college.

The available choices include subjects related to critical thinking, social impact, environmental studies, sustainable development, family business, society and politics, econometrics, event management, technology, and population and development issues.
BBA Finance students study within Ace's wider management education environment. Academic activities beyond regular classes include seminars, workshops, guest lectures, business and management events, industrial visits, presentations, and student-led activities.
The student club structure also includes a Finance Club alongside clubs related to marketing, entrepreneurship, communication, sustainability, events, sports, social activities, and other interests. These activities operate alongside the formal academic curriculum rather than replacing its credit-bearing requirements.
To graduate from the BBA Finance program, students must complete the required courses, project work, and internship within the permitted study period. A student must earn at least a D grade in each course, receive a Pass grade for the internship, and maintain a minimum CGPA of 2.0.
