The Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) at Deepshikha College is a four-year, full-time bachelor-level program affiliated with Tribhuvan University. The program is offered under the Faculty of Management and follows the annual examination system.

The program is structured across four academic years. Final examinations under the annual system are conducted by Tribhuvan University through the Office of the Controller of Examinations.
Curriculum Structure
The BBS curriculum includes compulsory courses, core business courses, concentration-area courses, business research methods, and final project work.
The first year builds a base in Business English, Business Statistics, Microeconomics for Business, Financial Accounting and Analysis, and Principles of Management.
The second year includes Business Communication, Macroeconomics for Business, Cost and Management Accounting, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, and Fundamentals of Financial Management.
The third year covers Business Law, Foundation of Financial Systems, Business Environment and Strategy, Taxation in Nepal, and Fundamentals of Marketing.
The fourth year includes Entrepreneurship, concentration courses, Business Research Methods, and a final project. Concentration areas include Accounting, Finance, Management, and Marketing.
Eligibility
Applicants must have successfully completed 10+2 in business or commerce, or an equivalent course from a board or university recognized by Tribhuvan University. Applicants who studied Mathematics or Economics as a full paper at the 10+2 level are also eligible under the standard BBS admission context.
Admission Process
Admission to the BBS program follows Tribhuvan University rules and the admission procedure of the college. Eligible applicants submit the prescribed application form with required academic documents. Admission may include entrance examination, merit-based selection, or both, depending on the applicable admission policy.
Selected candidates complete admission by submitting required documents and paying the prescribed fees. Academic registration, examinations, and results follow TU rules, guidelines, and the academic calendar.
Project Work and Evaluation
Final project work is an academic requirement in the fourth year. Students study an organization through fieldwork, prepare a project report in the prescribed format, and submit it for evaluation. Students must pass theory, practical, and project components separately where applicable.
