Designed under an annual examination system, the curriculum comprises 22 courses in communication skills, professional core areas, major and minor specializations, and a teaching practicum.
Students choose one major (10 subjects) and one minor (5 subjects) from Nepali, English, Mathematics, Science, Health & Physical Education, Population Education, Geography, and more.
The first three years focus on theoretical foundations—general languages, educational psychology, and curriculum studies—while the final year focuses on a practicum or teaching internship to develop hands-on instructional skills.
Jan Jyoti Campus focuses on accessibility, with moderate annual fees characteristic of community-based campuses. It offers scholarships for economically and socially disadvantaged students. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in teaching, curriculum design, educational policy, and research, equipped with theoretical insight and classroom experience.
