Rawa Campus, based in Rawabeshi-2, Kharpu, Khotang, offers a four-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program under Tribhuvan University. It’s one of the few campuses serving students in the northern region of the district, especially those seeking a career in teaching.
This course follows the annual system and includes two subject specializations: one as a major, and the other as a minor. It’s officially recognized by Nepal’s University Grants Commission (UGC).

The B.Ed program is structured around 22 courses (2,200 marks), divided into five groups:
Communication Skills: General English and Nepali
Core Education Subjects: Educational Psychology, Curriculum and Evaluation, and more
Specialization Major: Choose one subject, such as English, Economics, Population, Nepali, etc.
Specialization Minor: Select a different subject from your major
Teaching Internship: Hands-on classroom teaching in the fourth year
