Butwal Vocational Training Center Free Training Notice 2083

The Vocational Training Center, Butwal, Rupandehi, under the Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment, Government of Nepal, is set to conduct various free skills development training programs under its approved annual program for the current fiscal year 2083/084.

The center published its first notice on 2083/07/16, inviting applications from interested Nepali citizens within 15 days.

Terms and Conditions for Training Applicants

Applicants interested in participating in the free skills development training programs must comply with the following terms and conditions.

Age Limit

Applicants must have completed 18 years of age and must not have exceeded 45 years.

Application Deadline and Required Documents

Applicants must submit their applications by 2083/07/30. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, applications may be submitted on the day the office reopens.

The following documents must be attached to the application:

Photocopy of Nepali citizenship certificate or National Identity Card
Photocopy of educational qualification certificate
One passport-size photograph

Applications must be submitted at the designated locations within the prescribed deadline.

Trainee Selection Process

Trainees will be selected through interviews.

Applicants appearing for interviews must bring the original documents corresponding to those submitted with their application forms.

Food and Accommodation Arrangements

Participants must arrange their own food and accommodation.

The office will provide daytime snacks during the training.

Discipline and Disqualification

If a selected participant leaves the training without a valid reason, the center will maintain a record of the individual and will not allow them to participate in any future training program conducted by the center.

Applications received after the deadline or applications that do not meet the prescribed requirements will not be processed.

Final Selection Results and Admission Requirements

According to the notice issued by the Center Chief, the final trainee selection results will be published through the following channels:

Candidates who have been selected must complete their admission within three days of the commencement of training.

If selected candidates fail to enroll within three days of the training start date, candidates from the alternative list will be allowed to participate in their places.
