ISMT College Butwal held a Freshers Party at Siddhartha Vilasa on 20 July 2026 to welcome its students. The event featured activities ranging from student registration and cultural performances to the Mr. and Miss Freshers competition.
Bikram Gaire and Sushma Panth conducted the welcome, introductory, and icebreaker sessions. The national anthem was presented in coordination with Ashish Pandey, Biyani Sharma, and the sound engineer. This was followed by the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and a presentation of Nepali music, managed by Sushma Panth and Pranisha Gautam. At the end of the formal session, GMD Ms. Sabita Pathak delivered the welcome remarks.
Following the formal session, the Mr. and Miss Freshers competition began. Ms. Sabita Pathak, Dipesh Pandey, and Anjuli Shrestha served on the judging panel. The ramp walk round was conducted under the coordination of Alisha Ghimire and Pranisha Gautam, during which the participants introduced themselves and walked the ramp. The judges’ question-and-answer round and the talent show round were then held under the management of Alisha Ghimire, Sandeep Bhattarai, and Bikram Gaire.

In coordination with Alisha Ghimire and Sandeep Bhattarai, Ms. Sabita Pathak announced the Mr. and Miss Fresher winners, distributed prizes and certificates, and conducted a photoshoot. Sandeep Bhattarai delivered the vote of thanks at the end of the event. The programme formally concluded with a final performance by The Lightway Band.
