Historic Job Fair 2026 Held at ISMT College Butwal, Offering Direct Employment and Internship Opportunities
ISMT College Butwal successfully organised Job Fair 2026 on its college premises. It was the first job fair held in Butwal since the establishment of the college.
Purpose and Organisers
The event was organised to connect recent bachelor’s-level graduates and currently enrolled students directly with leading companies in the job market.
The fair helped students gain exposure to the working environments of different companies and played an important role in creating direct employment and internship opportunities.
The large-scale employment fair was jointly organised by the Faculty of Computing and the Faculty of Hospitality at ISMT College Butwal.
Participation and Interviews
Students from Stage 1, Stage 2, and Level 6 of the college participated enthusiastically in the fair. More than 55 students took an active part in the event.
A total of 13 companies participated in the fair. Of these, 11 were primarily involved in the IT and software sectors, while two were five-star hotels.
The participating companies assessed the students’ abilities and qualifications and conducted more than 150 on-the-spot job interviews.
The event provided students with direct access to employers and opportunities related to employment and internships, particularly in the IT, software, and hospitality sectors.
