KU School of Management Hosts Interactive Lunch Meeting with Local School Leaders
Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSoM) organized a collaborative lunch meeting with school leaders and faculty from Bhaktapur and Kavre districts. The event, held at the KUSoM premises, aimed to build stronger academic partnerships and share key educational initiatives.
The program commenced with a training session on grant proposal writing, conducted by Associate Dean Dr. Khagendra Acharya. The session offered practical guidance and fostered a space for mutual learning among participants.
In the second half of the event, Vice Chancellor of Kathmandu University, Prof. Dr. Achyut Wagle, and KUSoM Dean, Prof. Dr. Bijay KC, jointly announced the launch of a new Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at the Dhulikhel Campus. This program is set to enhance access to quality management education beyond Kathmandu Valley.
The event was formally opened by Mr. Punya Prasad Koirala and Mr. Ramesh Ghimire, who welcomed the participants and emphasized the importance of institutional collaboration in promoting educational growth.
KUSoM continues to lead efforts to bridge secondary and higher education through strategic engagement with schools and community institutions.
