
Madan Bhandari Memorial College 24th Anniversary Events -Weeklong Celebration with Diverse Activities
Madan Bhandari Memorial College is organizing a weeklong series of programs to mark its 24th anniversary. According to a press conference, the celebration will take place from Asar 8 to Asar 14 and will include academic discussions, community service, a health camp, art exhibitions, and a national seminar.
Recent Accreditation and Community Involvement
Established in 2058 BS, the college recently received the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) certificate from the University Grants Commission. In celebration of this achievement and its anniversary, the college is hosting various events targeted at the local community, parents, students, and the academic sector, according to Dr. Baburam Adhikari, Campus Chief.

Academic Programs and Future Expansion
The college is planning to introduce cutting-edge programs in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Data Science. Currently, it offers undergraduate and graduate programs in Journalism, Sociology, Management, Science, and Law.
Over 11,000 students have studied at the college so far. More than 4,000 graduates have excelled in various fields, both in Nepal and abroad, as stated by Campus Chief Dr. Adhikari.
Practical Learning and Publications
To enhance practical skills and professional development, the college operates an on-campus FM station, "Radio Shwet Shardul 93.6 MHz." It also promotes research-based learning through the publication of the Journal of Productive Discourse and encourages student creativity through its annual magazine, Shwet Shardul.
