NATHM Invites Applications for Wellness Tourism Training
The Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), Ravibhawan, Kalimati, under the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, has invited applications for various wellness tourism training programs. The Academy published a notice on 2083/04/28, inviting applications from interested and eligible Nepali citizens.
According to the notice, these training programs are being conducted to support the successful implementation of the National Wellness Tourism Strategy 2083, which has been prepared with the objective of establishing Nepal as an excellent wellness tourism destination in the world, and to produce skilled human resources. The training programs will begin from the end of Bhadra 2083.
The training programs and related details are as follows:
Yoga Wellness Tourism Training
Training Name: Yoga Wellness Tourism Training
Minimum Qualification: Applicants must have passed SEE or equivalent. They must have basic communication skills in Nepali and English and an interest in wellness tourism, yoga tourism, hospitality, or retreat operations.
Duration: 3 months
Number of Trainees: 44
Training Fee: Rs. 48,000/- including practical classes and Field Visit

Meditation & Spiritual Tourism Training
Training Name: Meditation & Spiritual Tourism Training
Minimum Qualification: Applicants must have passed SEE or equivalent. They must have basic communication skills in Nepali and English and an interest in wellness tourism, spirituality, or hospitality tourism.
Duration: 3 months
Number of Trainees: 44
Training Fee: Rs. 48,000/- including practical classes and Field Visit
Application Deadline: 2083/05/12

Application Process and Other Information
Application Fee: The application form fee for each training program is Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand). The payment must be deposited at the Extension Counter of Citizens Bank International Limited located within the Academy premises, and the deposit voucher must be attached to the application form.
Required Documents: Applicants must submit 2 recent passport-size photographs along with copies of their citizenship certificate and educational qualification certificates.
How to Obtain the Form: The application form can also be downloaded from the Academy's official website, www.nathm.gov.np.
Condition for Conducting the Training: The Academy has stated that each of the listed training programs will be conducted only if there are at least 15 applicants.
