CTEVT Opens Application Form for One-Subject Chance Exam
Diploma and certificate level students with one subject pending in the final year or semester can apply; exam to be held in Chaitra

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi has opened the application form for the one-subject Chance Exam at the diploma and certificate levels. The council published an “Urgent Notice” today, inviting eligible examinees to submit exam forms.
Who Can Participate?
According to the Examination Control Office, students from both the semester system and the annual examination system can participate in this chance exam.
1) Semester System
This includes students enrolled under CTEVT constituent, partnership, community schools, and private-level programs in:

Engineering (all programs)
-
Information Technology
-
Food and Dairy Technology
-
Social Works
-
Hotel Management
-
Agriculture (Crop and Animal Science)
Students under the Special Scholarship Program in technical education can also participate.
Condition: As of the notice publication date, examinees must have passed from First Year First Part through Third Year First Part, and must have failed only one subject’s theoretical examination in Third Year Second Part.
2) Annual Examination System
All programs under the annual system and examinees under the Special Scholarship Program can participate.
Condition: As of the notice publication date, examinees must have passed the First and Second Years and must have failed only one subject in the Third Year regular result.
Exam and Form Submission Schedule
In accordance with the Examination Regulations, 2071, the one-subject chance exam will be conducted in Chaitra 2082.
Examinees must submit the application to their respective institutes within the following deadlines:

With regular fee: By Magh 27, 2082

With late fee: By Falgun 5, 2082
