The National Examination Board (NEB) has published a notice regarding the subject registration form entry, fee submission, and submission procedures for students enrolled in Grade 11 for the academic session 2082/83. Related schools, students, and stakeholders are informed to follow the schedule and guidelines mentioned below.

Details

  1. Only students who have secured a minimum GPA of 1.6 in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) are eligible to fill out the Grade 11 subject registration form. The application form format will be available on the official NEB website.

  2. A copy of the SEE Grade Sheet (Class 10), certified by the Principal, must be attached to the subject registration form.

  3. The registration fee must be deposited into the relevant NEB office account by 2082 Kartik 16 (or the next working day if it is a public holiday) without late fee at the rate of Rs. 400 per student.

    • Students unable to submit within this deadline can pay with a late fee of Rs. 800 per student by 2082 Kartik 30 (or the next working day if a public holiday).

    • All schools must submit the bank voucher or online payment voucher along with the subject registration forms to the concerned NEB office by 2082 Mangsir 7 to ensure that no student’s registration form is missed.

  4. Students wishing to take additional subjects must clearly mention those subjects in the registration form.

  5. The subject registration form must be filled by the students themselves. Schools are required to enter the details online through the Subject Registration (Grade 11) section available on the NEB website at www.neb.gov.np.

    • The online entry period will be open from 2082 Kartik 11 to 2082 Mangsir 7. Schools must ensure that entries are completed within this timeframe.

  6. The online entry guidelines and instructional videos are available on the NEB website. Schools and students can refer to these resources for further details while completing the subject registration process.

  7. Newly affiliated schools that have received permission to conduct Grade 11 classes must obtain a school code from the concerned NEB office before performing online subject registration.

Additional Information

All regional and provincial NEB offices are requested to inform the schools within their jurisdiction and ensure the implementation of this notice accordingly.
