The Public Service Commission offices have published notices fixing the examination centers for the competitive written examination for the Nepali Army Sainya post.
The written examination for candidates selected under Advertisement No. 082/83/29 (Open and Inclusive), published on November 14, 2025 (2082/07/28 BS), will be conducted on Saturday, April 4, 2026 (2082/12/21 BS) from 11:00 AM.

Examination Modality and Subjects
The examination will be conducted for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The exam will be held in both objective and subjective formats in the subjects of English, Nepali, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.
Important Instructions for Candidates
The Commission has also issued special instructions for candidates.
Writing Materials
Candidates must use only a dot pen or pen with black ink.
Pencil is not allowed in the objective answer sheet.
While answering objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in English capital letters A, B, C, and D will be recognized.
A 20 percent mark deduction will be applied for each incorrect answer.
Exam Day Rules
Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice.
It is strictly prohibited to carry bags, mobile phones, smart watches, calculators, and other electronic devices into the examination building.
Candidates must compulsorily bring their admit card along with Nepali citizenship or any photo identity card issued by the Government of Nepal.
As biometric attendance will be taken, candidates must arrive at the examination center at least 2 hours before the examination begins.
Candidates must also make their own arrangements for a mask, sanitizer, and drinking water for personal use.
