Nepali Army Military Exam Centers in Hetauda and Chitwan
Hetauda, Makwanpur
The Public Service Commission, Hetauda Office, has published two separate notices fixing examination centers for the competitive written examination for the Nepali Army Military post.
The Commission issued these notices to conduct the examination for candidates selected from Chitwan and Makwanpur under Advertisement No.: 082/83/29 (Open and Inclusive), published on November 13, 2025 (2082/07/28).
According to Notice No.: 29/082-83, the examination for 230 candidates selected from Shri Naya Sabuj Battalion, Bharatpur Barrack, Chitwan will be conducted at Shree Narayani Namuna Secondary School, Bharatpur, Chitwan. Candidates with roll numbers MDN 03 to MDN 658 will appear at this center.
Likewise, according to Notice No.: 30/082-83, the examination for 106 candidates selected from Shri Madhya Pritana Headquarters, Hetauda, Makwanpur will be held at Shree Makwanpur Multiple Campus, Hetauda. Candidates with roll numbers MDL 07 to MDL 557 will sit for the examination at this center.
The objective and subjective written examination in English, Nepali, Mathematics, and General Knowledge for candidates at both centers will be held on April 3, 2026 (2082/12/21), at 11:00 AM. The examination duration has been fixed at 2 hours 30 minutes.
The Commission has also published various rules and instructions that candidates must follow. As biometric attendance will be taken, candidates must reach their respective examination centers at least 2 hours before the examination begins.
Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the examination day, the examination will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
An admit card is compulsory for appearing in the examination. In addition, candidates must bring either their Nepali citizenship certificate or any one original photo identity document issued by a government office.
Mobile phones and electronic devices are prohibited inside the examination building. The use of calculators will not be allowed.
Candidates must use black ink only in the examination, and the use of pencil in the answer sheet will not be permitted.
For objective multiple-choice questions, only answers written in English capital letters as A, B, C, or D will be recognized.
Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any examination center other than the one assigned to them.
