HISSAN - Higher Institutions and Secondary Schools’ Association Nepal was established in 2053 BS (1997 AD) as a national level umbrella association of privately funded Secondary Schools. The mission of HISSAN is to produce patriotic, disciplined and highly righteous global citizens by enhancing the quality of secondary education in accordance with the changing national and international situations by strengthening cooperation among the secondary schools and exchanging views with one another.

HISSAN is dedicated to providing high standards of education from the private sector seeking ways to challenges confronted by our students so that they can utilize their skills, talents, and abilities in life-long learning and service. There is no doubt; the HISSAN has become instrumental for quality education in Nepal since its inception, which is substantiated by its results every year.
