AI Training Held For Teachers In Bhanu Municipality, Tanahun

Tanahun, Magh 19, 2082 — An artificial intelligence (AI) training program has been conducted for teachers serving at various schools within Bhanu Municipality.
The training, organized to enhance teachers’ capacity and improve the quality of school education, included 90 participating teachers.
Bhanu Municipality Education Officer Dhurva Raj Paudel said that 90 teachers were trained in groups of 30 each. He stated, “Using AI in education has been taken as a timely, far-sighted, and essential step for teachers to help students become capable of facing future challenges, skilled, and self-reliant.”
Mayor Anand Raj Tripathi said that if teachers do not update themselves in line with changing times, there is a risk that both students and schools will fall behind, which is why such training has been prioritized. “Education must now move forward along with technology, and teachers must be leaders of change,” he said. “If technologies like AI are used correctly, school education can become practical, life-relevant, and competitive.”
The trainer for the program was Associate Professor Bishwo Raj Joshi of Bhaktapur Sanothimi Campus. He said, “Today’s students are growing up in a digital environment, take interest in technology, and are eager for new learning methods, so traditional teaching styles alone are not sufficient.”
