Six Students Receive Dhanaganga Scholarship in Barju
Barju, Sunsari: Six meritorious students of Shriram Sita Secondary School, located in Bhimnagar of Barju Rural Municipality, Sunsari, have been awarded the “Dhanaganga Scholarship,” along with cash prizes and certificates of honor.
The scholarship was provided as encouragement to students who passed the SEE examination of 2081 BS with excellent GPA and are currently studying in Grade 11 at the same school.

Scholarship Amount Increased to Rs 8,000
According to Narayan Prasad Shrestha, Coordinator of the Dhanaganga Scholarship Foundation, the scholarship began in 2076 BS with Rs 5,000 per student. This year, the amount has been increased to Rs 8,000.
Shrestha said the scholarship has been provided to encourage students who are economically weak but academically excellent, so they receive additional motivation.
