Mahendra Morang Adarsha Multiple Campus, Biratnagar, has made uniforms and identity cards mandatory, stating that unauthorized entry into the campus premises has been increasing.
The campus stated that the entry of unauthorized individuals has been affecting the academic environment and teaching-learning activities. For this reason, the campus has decided to strictly enforce provisions related to uniforms and identity cards, according to a notice signed by Campus Chief Dr. Ramavatar Sharan.
Notice Statement
“This is to inform that, for some time, unauthorized individuals have been entering this campus, negatively affecting the campus’s academic environment and teaching-learning activities. Therefore, with the objective of restricting unwanted individuals from entering the campus, all teachers and staff working at this campus are requested to mandatorily carry the identity card provided by the campus.
Likewise, all students studying at the campus are hereby informed to wear the campus uniform as prescribed and to mandatorily carry their identity card while entering the campus. It is also requested for information that, if the above is not complied with, entry inside the campus premises will not be allowed,” the notice states.
Mandatory Requirements
The campus stated that the following requirements will be compulsory:

All teachers and staff must carry the campus-issued identity card at all times while on campus.

All students must wear the prescribed campus uniform and also carry the identity card to enter the campus.
The notice clearly states that any teacher, staff member, or student who does not comply with this arrangement will not be allowed to enter the campus premises.
Campus Chief Dr. Sharan said the decision will strengthen campus security, discipline, and the academic environment.
