Dr. Dhakaram Bhandari has been appointed Registrar of Gandaki University. The university’s Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Indra Prasad Tiwari, appointed Dr. Bhandari as Registrar.
The recommendation committee formed under the coordination of Vice-Chancellor Dr. Krishnaraj Adhikari had recommended the names of Dr. Bhandari, Dr. Shrikanta Khatiwada, and Rajesh Thakurathee for the post of Registrar.
The newly appointed Registrar, Dr. Bhandari, had previously served as the Executive Director of the Gandaki Province Academy of Science and Technology. After the provincial government abolished the academy, his position automatically ended. Gandaki University is a university operated by the Gandaki Province Government.
