Ministry Extends Online Application Deadline for Educational Consultancy Institution Renewal
The Educational Consultancy and Verification Branch under the Government of Nepal’s Ministry of Education and Sports has published a supplementary notice regarding online applications for the renewal of educational consultancy institutions.
Through the notice signed by Under-Secretary Semanta Raj Koirala and published on 2083/04/04, the Ministry extended the renewal deadline and also made the applicable fee details public.
The Ministry had previously published a notice on Ashadh 22, 2083, for institutional renewal under the “Directive on the Operation of Educational Consultancy Services, Language Teaching and Preparation Classes, 2073.”
The Ministry stated that the supplementary notice was issued to align the earlier notice with the provisions introduced by the “Educational Consultancy, Language Teaching and Preparation Classes (Operation and Management) Regulations, 2083.”
Extended Deadline and Fee Payment Process
The deadline for renewal applications under the Directive had previously been set for Shrawan 4, 2083. The deadline for submitting online applications has now been extended to Shrawan 9, 2083.
Institutions applying for renewal must pay the renewal fee through the IRD by Shrawan 14, 2083, using the voucher number generated after their documents have been verified.
