35-Day Claim and Complaint Notice on Gandaki Polytechnic Name Change
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training, Polytechnic Division, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has requested 35-day claims and complaints regarding the name change of Shree Gandaki Polytechnic Institute, Pokhara, Kaski.
According to the notice published on 2083/02/01, the institute has been operating in partnership with the local level after receiving affiliation approval for three-year programs in Diploma in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Certificate Level in General Medicine, and Diploma in Pharmacy, as per the Council’s decision dated 2076/06/08.
The notice states that, during the process of reviewing the application submitted to change the name of Shree Gandaki Polytechnic Institute, Pokhara-29, Bhandardhik, to Shree Pokhara Polytechnic Institute, Pokhara-29, Bhandardhik, the Council Office decided on 2083/01/27 to proceed with the consent and approval process for the name change.
The Council has requested that if any person or party has any claim, objection, complaint, or concern regarding the name change of the said institute, they should submit written information with evidence within 35 days from the date of publication of the notice.
