Green Ventures Limited is going to open the IPO issue and sale from March 22, 2022 (2078 Chaitra 8). The company is going to issue 3.125 million ordinary shares with a face value of Rs 100 per share. Out of the total shares to be issued, 3 percent or 93,750 shares have been reserved for the employees, and 5 percent i.e. 1 lakh 56 thousand 250 shares will be distributed for mutual investment funds. The general public will be able to apply for the remaining 2.87 million shares.
The IPO issue will be closed on 25th March 2022 (Chaitra 11, 2078) at the earliest and closed on 5th April 2022 (Chaitra 22, 2078) at the latest.
