Notice to Report for Absentee Police Personnel

Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal, (Inspector General’s Secretariat, Legal Section), Official Notification Regarding Mandatory Attendance

The following police personnel have been continuously absent from their respective offices without official leave from the specified dates. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and after completion of the procedures as per Rule 115 (2) of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071, a public notice has been posted, but they have not contacted their offices.

Therefore, this notice has been issued requesting the individuals listed below to report to their respective offices or the issuing office within seven (7) days from the date of publication, excluding travel time, and submit a satisfactory explanation for their absence. Failure to do so will result in action for dismissal from service under Rule 113(1)(Cha) in accordance with Rule 109(2)(Ka)(1) of the same regulations.

This collective notice serves as an opportunity to present their defense, as required under Schedule 14, Part 4 of the Nepal Police Regulations, 2071.
