TU IOE Opens Re-Examination Forms for B.E. and B.Arch

The Tribhuvan University Institute of Engineering (IOE), Examination Control Division, has published a notice regarding the submission of online re-examination forms for B.E. Fourth Year Second Part and B.Arch Fifth Year Second Part.

The notice was issued on Ashadh 29, 2083, for the examinations scheduled to be conducted in Shrawan 2083.

Students can complete their online examination forms by visiting the Student Portal on the IOE Online Application website at https://exam.ioe.tu.edu.np/ and using the Bachelor Level Login.

Form Submission Dates and Times

Regular period: From 10:00 AM on Ashadh 30, 2083, to 5:00 PM on Saun 7, 2083.

With a late fee: Examinees who cannot submit their forms within the regular period may complete the form by paying the late fee until 4:00 PM on Saun 12. The online form will automatically close after this deadline.

Late Fee Details

• For the 2076 to 2078 batches: Rs. 2,000 (two thousand only)

• For other batches: Rs. 1,000 (one thousand only)

Main Rules and Conditions for Completing the Online Form

Photograph and Personal Details

Students must upload a recently taken passport-size photograph without glasses, with both ears visible and a plain background.

They must also update their signature and enter all the information requested in the online form. All subjects in which they have failed must be registered.

Fee Payment and Verification

Students must pay the prescribed fee at their respective campus. They must submit the Payment Confirmation Slip and the Token No. received after submitting the online form to have the form verified.

Campus Approval

Campuses must verify the student’s bank voucher and Payment Confirmation Slip and approve the form within 24 hours.

A submitted form will not be accepted until it has been approved.

Special Arrangement

Students who miss the examination form deadline must personally visit and contact the Examination Control Division by 2:00 PM on Saun 15, in accordance with the special arrangements made by the Institute of Engineering.

Technical Problems

Students experiencing any problems while registering the online form have been instructed to report the issue as soon as possible by emailing semesterexam@ioe.edu.np.

Correction of Admit Cards

Examinees who find an error while checking their admit card may contact the Examination Control Division and have it corrected by paying the required fee by Saun 22.

No changes will be made after this date.

Applicants for Retotalling

Examinees who failed the examination and applied for retotalling must also complete the examination form.

If they pass following the retotalling result, the application fee will be refunded.

Special Information Regarding the Final Opportunity

The notice states that students from the B.E. 2075 admission batch and the B.Arch 2073 admission batch will be allowed to appear in the examination for the respective semester one more time.
