Itahari Calls Proposals for Lok Sewa Preparation Classes for Tharu Youths
Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Sunsari, Koshi Province, has invited proposals from licensed non-governmental organizations to conduct Lok Sewa preparation classes for youths from the Tharu First Citizen community residing within the sub-metropolitan city area.
The office published the notice on 2083/01/22.
As per the approved annual program for fiscal year 2082/083, the program is being conducted with the objective of involving youths from the Tharu community within the city in career development opportunities in the civil service and local government service.
According to the notice, preparation classes will be conducted for the non-technical Administration Service, Assistant Fifth Level, First Phase, of the Koshi Province Provincial Civil Service and Local Government Service.
This notice has been published for the purpose of Rule 99, Sub-rule 2 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064. Interested institutions with the required physical infrastructure, skilled human resources, and experience to conduct the classes must submit sealed proposals to the Procurement Section of the office.

Required Documents to Be Submitted with the Proposal
Interested institutions must submit proposals along with the following documents:

Certified copy of the institution registration certificate, including renewal

Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) registration certificate

Copy of tax clearance certificate for fiscal year 2081/082

Copy of the certificate showing registration in the current list maintained by the Social Division of this office

Program proposal including the schedule of the preparation class, bio-data of the chief trainer and subject experts, and financial proposal in the expense proposal format included in the TOR

Copy of certificate showing experience in conducting Public Service Commission exam preparation classes

According to the notice issued by the Chief Administrative Officer, proposals received after the deadline or not submitted in the prescribed manner will not be processed.
