Kathmandu Metropolitan City Environmental Expert Roster Notice

Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Municipal Executive, Environment Management Department, Kamaladi Notice

In accordance with Section 14 of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City’s Brief Environmental Study and Initial Environmental Examination Procedure, 2078, a decision has been made to prepare a roster of experts to serve in the technical committee formed for environmental study purposes.

Interested and qualified individuals are requested to submit their applications within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Required Documents

• Curriculum Vitae (CV)

• Copies of academic qualification certificates

• Work experience certificates

• If environmental study-related training has been taken, a copy of the relevant certificate

Areas of Expertise for Roster Listing

• Sociologist

• Structural Engineer

Educational Qualifications

• A postgraduate degree in Sociology from an institution recognized by the Government of Nepal

• A postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering from an institution recognized by the Government of Nepal

Work Experience Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in the relevant field, preparing environmental study reports, or

• More than 7 years of teaching and research experience in the above-mentioned subjects
