Kathmandu Metropolitan City Seeks Claims and Objections on Institutional School Name, Location, and Ownership Changes
Kathmandu — Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Education Department, has published a notice asking concerned parties to submit written applications with evidence within 35 days if they have any claims or objections regarding the change of name, location, and ownership of some institutional schools operating under the metropolis.
The notice was published on 2082/02/01 (Nepal Sambat 1146 Bachhalaga, Chaturdashi). The notice states that the schools have registered applications with the department, along with letters from the Office of the Company Registrar confirming the change of name, location, and ownership, requesting approval for the stated changes.
Any person, association, or institution having any kind of claim or objection has been asked to submit a written application with necessary evidence to the Education Department. Otherwise, the matter will proceed as requested by the applicants, according to the notice. The notice also states in a note that the publication of the notice alone shall not be considered as approval of the change of the schools’ name, location, and ownership.
