KMC Notice on School Name, Location, and Ownership

Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Education Department, has published a notice regarding changes in the name, location, and ownership of various institutional schools operating within the metropolis.

This notice has been issued to inform the public in accordance with applications registered at the Education Department, along with letters from the Office of the Company Registrar relating to changes in name, location, and ownership.

Any individual, group, or organization having any claim or objection regarding the proposed changes in the name, location, or ownership of the schools listed in this notice is requested to submit a written application to the Education Department, with the required evidence, within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice.

If no claim or objection is received within the prescribed period, the process will move forward as requested by the applicants.
