PSC Releases Health Service Results and Interview Schedule

Lok Sewa Aayog, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu — The Written Examination Results Publication Section of the Public Service Commission (PSC) Central Office, Kamalpokhari, has published notices regarding the written examination results and interview schedule for various eleventh-level posts under the Health Service. Likewise, the Commission’s Interview and Recommendation Section has also decided, in accordance with a mandamus order issued by the Supreme Court, to recommend one candidate for permanent appointment under the Nepal Judicial Service.

Documents Required and Interview Instructions

Candidates who appeared in the written examination and were selected for interview must submit 2 passport-size photographs, all certificates verifying the required minimum qualifications and other necessary documents, and 2 copies each of the first and second pages of the application form within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice at the Application Management Center, Anamnagar.

Candidates must self-certify the copies of those certificates before submission for verification. If the required minimum qualification certificates and other necessary documents are not submitted, the application will be cancelled at any time.

Candidates selected for interview must appear at the Commission’s Interview and Recommendation Section at least 1 hour before the scheduled interview time with all original documents mentioned above and the admit card. Even if the interview date falls on a public holiday, the program will continue as scheduled. Recommendation for Permanent Appointment

The notice published by the Commission’s Interview and Recommendation Section under Notice No.: 1073/082-83 provides information regarding candidate recommendation.

According to the notice, under Advertisement No.: 16670/079-80 (Women), Nepal Judicial Service, Judicial Group, Gazetted Second Class, Under Secretary or equivalent post, candidate Srijana Gautam, Roll No. 871447, had earlier been recommended for permanent appointment under the Commission’s Notice No.: 1553/079-80 dated May 26, 2023 (2080/02/12 BS).

Regarding that recommendation, Manisha Subedi, a candidate included in the alternative list, filed a writ petition before the Honorable Supreme Court in Case No.: 079-WO-1338. On January 18, 2026 (2082/10/04 BS), the Court issued a mandamus order in the matter.

In accordance with that order, and based on the Court’s decision to proceed with the appointment of writ petitioner Manisha Subedi to the vacant post, the Commission decided on March 16, 2026 (2082/12/02 BS) to recommend her for permanent appointment to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
