Level Upgrade Notice – Civil Engineering Officers

Madhesh Province Government, Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, Official Notice Regarding Officer Level Promotion.

This notice is published as per the decision made by the Level Promotion Committee on 2082/02/26, in accordance with Sub-rule (2) of Rule 76 of the Province Civil Service Regulation, 2079.

Following the notice published by the Ministry on 2081/09/25 regarding application registration for level upgrade, the applications received have been processed. Accordingly, the following employees of the Civil Engineering Service, General Subgroup, are recommended for promotion from Officer Level Seven (Technical) to Officer Level Eight (Technical).

The level upgrade will be effective from 2081/10/01 based on seniority.
