
Morningstar Secondary School Kaski Honors SEE Graduates 2081
Morningstar Secondary School, located at Nagdanda, Annapurna Rural Municipality–2, Kaski, organized a special program on Thursday to honor students who passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2081.
A total of 42 students were honored during the event, including Samir Adhikari who secured a perfect 4.0 GPA. He was awarded NPR 20,000. Namrata Dahal, who scored a 3.9 GPA, received a cash prize of NPR 10,000. Additionally, a cultural tour of the Dhikurpokhari area was organized with traditional music and celebration.
On the occasion, Vishnubahadur KC, Chairperson of Annapurna Rural Municipality, commended the school for achieving one of the best results in the district.
He emphasized the need to maintain this performance and remarked that Morningstar has preserved its legacy, which should serve as a learning model for other schools.
KC further explained that the rural municipality has prioritized both education and health, clarifying that focus is placed not only on physical development but also on human development.
Vice-Chairperson Chandrakala Adhikari described Morningstar as a key educational institution of Annapurna and noted that academic success is possible only when parents, students, and the school administration remain actively engaged. She stressed that students themselves should decide which subjects they wish to pursue.
Principal Phanindra Prasad Adhikari stated that the students' success was a result of hard work. He extended his gratitude to the teachers, parents, students, and the leadership of the rural municipality for their collective support. He wished continued academic success to the students and advised them to always value discipline and responsibility wherever they go.
Samir Adhikari, who scored a 4.0 GPA, shared that his success was not solely his own but also that of his family, school administration, and the rural municipality. Reflecting on his journey from nursery to grade 10 at Morningstar, he mentioned that achieving a 4.0 GPA was not easy but not impossible either.
