New Deans and Controller Appointed by Pokhara University

Appointment of New Deans and Examination Controller at Pokhara University

The Executive Council meeting of Pokhara University held on 2082 Jestha 20 has appointed new deans for various faculties and a new Controller of Examinations to fill recently vacated posts.

According to the decision made during the meeting and as per Section 27(3) of the Pokhara University Act, 2053, the following appointments were made for a four-year term:

• Prof. Dr. Bishnuraj Tiwari, School of Health and Allied Sciences, appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences.

• Assoc. Prof. Er. Buddhi Raj Joshi, School of Engineering, appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology.

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Surendra Tiwari, School of Development and Social Engineering, appointed as Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Appointment of Controller of Examinations

In accordance with Rule 15(3) of the Pokhara University Rules on Responsibilities, Duties, and Powers of University Officials, 2055, the Executive Council has appointed:

• Asst. Prof. Raju Pandey, School of Health and Allied Sciences, as Controller of Examinations for a four-year term.

Oath Ceremony

The newly appointed officials were administered the oath of office and confidentiality today in a special ceremony held at the Vice-Chancellor's Office. The oath was administered by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bedraj K.C.
