Patan Multiple Campus Issues Notice on Office Hours and Duty Schedules

Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur, Kartik 13, 2083: Patan Multiple Campus, under Tribhuvan University (TU), has published a notice regarding the determination of office hours at the campus.

According to the decision made at the meeting of the Tribhuvan University Executive Council on 2082/12/23, the authority to determine morning, daytime and evening office hours, as required, was delegated to the respective campuses and departments.

In accordance with this decision, the Office of the Campus Chief of Patan Multiple Campus, Patan Dhoka, Lalitpur, has determined the campus's office hours and informed all concerned through a notice issued by Campus Chief Dr. Raghu Bir Bista.

Revised Office Hours at Patan Multiple Campus

The campus has determined the following office schedules:

1. Office Hours from Kartik 16 to Magh 15

• Period: Kartik 16 to Magh 15

• Office Opening Time: 9:00 AM

• Office Closing Time: 4:00 PM

• Daily Working Hours: 7 hours

2. Office Hours from Magh 16 to Kartik 15

• Period: Magh 16 to Kartik 15

• Office Opening Time: 9:00 AM

• Office Closing Time: 5:00 PM

• Daily Working Hours: 8 hours

3. Office Hours for Departmental and Examination Section Employees

For employees working in the departments and Examination Section, the following schedule will apply:

• From Kartik 16 to Magh 15: 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• From Magh 16 Onwards: Office hours will follow the previously prescribed schedule.

Instructions for Employees and Concerned Offices

The campus has informed all concerned that the office hours determined under the above decision must be fully observed and implemented.

The concerned offices must also make the necessary arrangements to ensure that employees perform their duties according to their assigned duty schedules.
