RBB Public Notice Seeking Clarification Reply

Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited has directed Assistant Manager Sabita Bhandari (12524) to submit a clarification reply within 15 days. This public notice has been issued after the Bank’s Departmental Action Committee decided to move forward with action proceedings on a disciplinary matter.
Bhandari is accused of not being present at the office on time and not carrying out regular duties while working at the Bank’s Central Office, Human Resources Department, and Loan Recovery Department. The Bank has sought an official reply from her regarding leaving the office during working hours without approval.
Earlier, the Bank had sent a letter to the branch office where Bhandari was stationed, Thapathali, but the letter was returned as it could not be delivered. The Bank stated that this process has been initiated pursuant to Regulation 84, Sub-regulation (3) of the Rastriya Banijya Bank Employee Service Regulations, 2070 (BS).
As stated in the notice, the concerned employee must appear at the Central Office Human Resources Department and submit her clarification reply within 15 (fifteen) days. If she does not contact the office and submit a reply within the prescribed period, the Bank has informed that the action process will be moved forward as per the provisions of the Regulations.
