RJBCL Call for Proposals for Contract-Based Services
Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited (RJBL) Head Office, Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, Notice for Call for Proposals for Contract Services.
RJBCL, Head Office, Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, and its branch offices require contract-based services for the upcoming fiscal year 2082–83. The required services include light vehicle drivers, security guards, facilitators and cleaning staff/office assistants, and computer typists.
Firms, institutions, or companies licensed by the Department of Labor and Occupational Safety to provide such services are invited to submit electronic bids (E-Bid) under the terms and conditions outlined below. If the service provider performs satisfactorily, the contract may be extended for one year under the same conditions.
1. Conditions

The bid form can be downloaded from the Public Procurement Monitoring Office’s website at www.bolpatra.gov.np.

Bids must be submitted by 12:00 noon on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice, i.e., by 2082/03/08.

Each bid must include:

A certified copy of the renewed license for the current fiscal year.

A certified copy of an approval letter from a recognized institution for providing security services.
-
Certified copies of PAN and VAT registration certificates.
-
A certified copy of the tax clearance certificate for FY 2080–81.
-
A scanned copy of the bank voucher as proof of non-refundable document fees deposited in Siddhartha Bank, account number 00115278718, as per the package selected.

3. Bid Submission
-
Bids must be uploaded to www.bolpatra.gov.np by 12:00 noon on the mentioned date (or next working day if the date is a public holiday).

Bids will be opened at 2:00 PM the same day at the meeting hall of the company’s head office in the presence of the bidders (attendance not mandatory).
4. Bid Security
-
A scanned copy of the bank voucher or a bank guarantee valid for at least 120 days from a recognized commercial bank must be submitted with the bid.
5. Bid Requirements
-
Bidders must understand the scope, terms, and payment methods as outlined in the documents before submission.

The proposed unit and total cost must be clearly mentioned in both numbers and words. In case of discrepancies, the amount in words will be considered final.

All BOQ (Bill of Quantities) items must be quoted excluding VAT. Bids failing to meet minimum set rates by the Government of Nepal or omitting BOQ item rates will not be considered.

The company reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of required personnel, which bidders must accept.
6. Bid Restrictions
-
A bid form purchased under one firm's name cannot be submitted under another firm's name.
7. Disqualifications
-
Bids lacking required documents, not following procedures, submitted after the deadline, or with conditional clauses will not be processed.
8. Pre-Bid Meeting
-
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2082/02/28 at 12:00 noon at the meeting hall of the company's head office.
9. Additional Terms

All other terms and conditions are as outlined in the proposal documents.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, fully or partially.

11. Legal Clause

Any issues not covered by this notice will be governed by the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, and prevailing laws.
