Sudurpaschim Province Health Insurance Reimbursement Notice
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law, Sudurpaschim Province Government, Dhangadhi, Kailali, Nepal, announces a call for applications under the approved annual program of Fiscal Year 2081/82.
As part of the Free Health Insurance Program for Conflict Victims, Disappeared, and Martyr Families, those who have enrolled in the health insurance scheme operated by the Government of Nepal, Health Insurance Board, and are permanent residents within Sudurpaschim Province, are eligible to apply for reimbursement of the insurance premium.
The application deadline is by the end of Jestha 2082.

Additional Note
Applicants submitting their documents via postal service must also include a copy of their bank account and all required documents. The application must reach the Ministry before the end of Jestha 2082.
