
Rohini Rural Municipality Awards Bicycles to SEE Passouts
Rohini Rural Municipality in Rupandehi organized a special program to distribute bicycles to students who passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) from both community and religious schools within the municipality.
According to the Chairperson of the Rural Municipality, Vidyaprasad Yadav, a total of 129 students passed the SEE in 2081 B.S.—126 from community schools and 3 from religious institutions.
He confirmed that the bicycle distribution program will continue in the coming years.
Chairperson Yadav stated,
“The purpose of this initiative is to boost students' morale and encourage them to focus more on their studies.”
He also mentioned that this year's performance of community schools improved compared to previous years.
Yadav stressed that improving educational quality should not be the sole responsibility of teachers or the municipality.
He called for joint efforts from all stakeholders to bring about sustainable educational improvement.

School Leaders’ Reactions
Indra Kumar Yadav, Principal of Shree Chipagadh Secondary School, remarked that the bicycle distribution program will positively encourage students in their learning journey.
Student Response
Asmita Yadav, a student from Chipagadh Secondary School who scored 3.66 GPA in the SEE, expressed gratitude to the municipality.
She shared that the bicycle gift increased her motivation and thanked the local government for the encouragement.
