
Sangag Dechholing Gonpa School Honors SEE Toppers in Taplejung
Sangag Dechholing Gonpa School, located in Phungling Municipality, Taplejung, organized a formal program to honor students who successfully passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) 2081.
The school secured the best results in the district, and all successful candidates were recognized for their achievements.
On Sunday, 22nd Asar 2082, the school organized a special ceremony on its premises where SEE graduates were awarded certificates of appreciation and cash prizes.
According to Principal Pasang Rita Sherpa, the school honored Lake Sherpa, who achieved a GPA of 3.91 and ranked first in the district, and Pritam Gurung, who secured the second position with a GPA of 3.86, along with all other successful candidates from the school.
Teachers Also Recognized for Contribution
The Chairman of the School Management Committee, Dawa Sherpa, stated that all teachers of the school were also presented with certificates of appreciation during the event.

First-Time SEE Participation with 100% Pass Rate
This was the first time Sangag Dechholing Gonpa School participated in the SEE. Located in Bungkulung, Ward 9 of Phungling Municipality, the school achieved a 100% pass rate, with all 11 students successfully clearing the exam.
Jointly Organized Felicitation Program
The felicitation and congratulatory event was jointly organized by the school and the Creative Children’s Club, where each SEE pass-out was honored for their academic achievement.
Principal Sherpa confirmed that such recognition aims to motivate students and staff toward continued academic excellence.
