TU Issues 35-Day Recall for Study-Leave Absentees
Tribhuvan University has called on teachers and employees who took study leave and did not return to report back. The university issued a notice on Friday giving them 35 days to return to the university.
“In the case of teachers and employees who have utilized study leave and not reported for duty, not worked full time as per conditions, have been removed from service, have had resignations approved but not completed the clearance process, or have submitted resignations that were not approved, you are requested to contact the committee office within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice,” the notice states.

To bring non-returning teachers and employees into contact and to recover funds, the committee has set up a help desk at the Registrar’s Office.
Response Window: 35 days from the notice publication date
Contact Office: Committee office via the Registrar’s Office
If contact is not made within the specified period, the notice states that the process for legal action will proceed.
