
TU 51st Convocation Ceremony 2082 Application Notice
Tribhuvan University, Examination Control Office, Balkhu, Kathmandu has published a notice regarding the online application form for participation in the 51st Convocation Ceremony (2082).
Students who have successfully passed their Bachelor, Master, and MPhil level examinations under semester or annual systems and obtained transcripts between 2081 Ashadh 1 and 2082 Jestha 31 (15th June 2024 to 14th June 2025), and those who completed their PhD degree within the same period, are eligible to apply.
Application Submission Timeline

Application forms can be submitted online from 2082 Bhadra 18 to 2082 Ashwin 31.

After 2082 Ashwin 31, the online form will be closed.
Required Documents
Applicants must upload the following documents while submitting the online form:

Citizenship certificate

Transcript of the completed academic level
After submission, all PDF documents must be printed and kept safely. When collecting gown and scarf later, these documents must be submitted to the designated branch of the Examination Control Office for verification and stamping.
Fee Details

Bachelor: Convocation and certificate fee Rs. 2,200 + Gown/Scarf deposit Rs. 1,500 = Rs. 3,700

Master and MPhil: Convocation and certificate fee Rs. 2,700 + Gown/Scarf deposit Rs. 1,500 = Rs. 4,200

PhD: Convocation and certificate fee Rs. 3,200 + Gown/Scarf deposit Rs. 1,500 = Rs. 4,700
Guardian Participation Fee
Up to two guardians can attend the convocation. For each guardian, an additional non-refundable fee of Rs. 300 will be charged.
Fee Payment Method

Fees must be deposited online through Nepal Bank Ltd. or Global IME Bank Ltd.

Receipt and Transaction ID must be obtained and kept safely.

Bank name, account number, and account holder name must be provided clearly for refund of the deposit amount.

The Examination Control Office will not be responsible if refunds cannot be processed due to incorrect account details.
Important Notes

From the gown and scarf deposit, Rs. 300 will be deducted as maintenance charge.

Students must collect their original certificate within one year of the convocation ceremony; otherwise, additional late fees will be charged as per TU rules.
