
Notice Regarding Recovery of Study Leave Remuneration – Tribhuvan University
Tribhuvan University, Department of Personnel Administration, Kirtipur, Official Notice.
As per the regulations of Tribhuvan University (TU), teachers and staff working in its various academic institutions, faculties, research centers, campuses, departments, and offices are entitled to study leave for bachelor's, master's, and PhD-level education and research.
After receiving such study leave, individuals are required to compulsorily serve TU for a period equal to the duration of the leave. However, it has been found that some teachers and staff have failed to report back to TU after the completion of their study leave period.
In accordance with the prevailing TU regulations, this notice is issued to inform those concerned that they must deposit, in a lump sum, the total amount of salaries and allowances received during the study leave, including interest as per the law, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice (or by the next working day if the deadline falls on a public holiday).

After the deposit, a written notification must be submitted to both the Financial Administration Division and the Personnel Administration Department.
